FAQs

Park for FREE!

There is FREE PARKING at the Magistrate Parking Lot next to the train station – WHen you enter from High Street, pass the stop sign and to park to the RIGHT

Parking for Vendors is along the back of the market between Blue Elephant and the driveway towards High St.

HANDICAPPED PARKING: There are handicapped spaces on High Street along the RIGHT side of the park coming from West High St and to the LEFT side of the park coming from E High St, after 9am when vendors are done unloading.

All vendors will be able to unload in front of the plaza until 9 AM, after which they will move their cars to the back of the plaza so visitors can park in front. We hope this will help some of our elderly and handicapped people have easy access to the market.

When is the FARM?

You can find our vendors in Smith Family Plaza every OTHER Saturday beginning in May through October between the hours of 9am & 12pm.

Calendar Cards are available each week at the information table at the market. Be sure to get one and hang it on your refrigerator!

On rare occasions, other events are booked at the plaza, and FARM will make adjustments accordingly.

This season, our June dates will be the 20th & 27th so other events can be celebrated.

On July 25th, FARM will celebrate “Christmas in July” at an evening market from 5PM – 8PM. Join the fun and let us know what you think about the evening!

What forms of payment are accepted at the market?

All of our vendors accept cash, and most accept credit or debit cards; some vendors also accept Venmo / Cash App.

Soon, FARM will have a Venmo account available for FARM Swag, 50/50 tickets and more.

If you receive SNAP Benefits, FARM has a great incentive to help you gain the buying power for all our fresh produce! Be sure to stop at the INFORMATION TABLE to see how FARM can help you add additional buying power with your SNAP Benefits.

How Can I Volunteer?

The saying “many hands make light work” is so true for FARM, and we’d be lost without our volunteer farmhands!  If you have some time to give, we’d love to have you join our team. Whether it’s an hour, 3 hours, or an entire season, we love having people who enjoy meeting their neighbors and making new friends along the way. Please follow the link below for information on how to become a volunteer.

Where Does FARM Get Their Funding?

FARM’s FARM depends solely upon grants, sponsors, and donations for funding.  Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we can continue to grow the market and celebrate 11 years of providing fun & educational opportunities for our community.

Funding comes from people like YOU and me who wish to secure access to healthy, locally produced food and local art for their community. Small Businesses that wish to be recognized in the local community can take advantage of this great opportunity without spending thousands of dollars on marketing.

Individuals can also support the FARM with small donations, both online here and in person on market days.

FARM is a 501 (c) (3) and completely independent, with an all-female board, our FARM Director, and two FARMhands. All donations made are tax-deductible. Check out our sponsorship opportunities and come out and enjoy a Saturday morning with your neighbors and friends!

BECOME A SPONSOR! MAKE A DONATION TODAY!

Thanks to the generosity of our donors, we can continue to grow the market and celebrate 11 years of providing fun & educational opportunities for our community.

Support is also made when you support our FUNdraisers throughout the season. This year we have partnered with The Alley Bar & Grill on High St to bring you the following fun events. Your support is greatly appreciated. Come enjoy good food, great drinks, and support the market! There will be raffle baskets, 50/50s, and great camaraderie between 3 PM & 10 PM. A little cost for a lot of fun!
