Things you will need to Apply

Before you start filling out the form, please gather or create the following items:

INSURANCE & CERTIFICATIONS (FOOD VENDORS)

Proof of insurance

Montgomery County Board of Health certificate

BUSINESS INFORMATION. Name, email, phone number, website, etc.

BUSINESS LOGO. Please have ready a square (1:1) logo image that is no bigger than 500 X 500 px.

BUSINESS DESCRIPTION. Tell us about your business. Give customers a great reason to seek you out at the Farm!

PHYSICAL LOCATION. Do you have a physical address that you want customers to go to?

If so, have you created a Google Business Profile to get you on Google Maps. If not, go here: https://www.google.com/business/

SOCIAL MEDIA. URLs of your Facebook and Instagram pages. If you don’t have them, go create them. Like now. We can only promote you if you have things for us to promote 🙂

Pottstown Farm Vendor Application

This form is for vendors interested in being a part of our 2024 Pottstown Farm and Artisan Regional Market (Pottstown FARM) season. 

The market takes place EVERY OTHER Saturday between 9am-1pm from MAY 25 to OCTOBER 26. Full-time vendors also may participate for free in Small Business Saturday NOVEMBER 30, 2024.

DEADLINES:

  •  POTTSTOWN FARM HAS A ROLLING APPLICATION PROCESS STARTING FEBRUARY 1, 2024 for NEW vendors
  • APPLICATIONS RECEIVED AFTER MAY 1, 2024 AND THROUGHOUT THE MARKET SEASON WILL BE ADDRESSED AS TIME AND SPACE ALLOW. 
  • COSTS WILL BE PRO-RATED FOR LATE ADDITIONS ACCORDINGLY
